Strawberry sweets

 

 My friend was buying strawberry-flavored snacks at the purchasing counter. There are a lot of strawberry-flavored sweets available at the store now. They look very tasty.

 Strawberry-flavored sweets are sold not only at the university's purchasing, but also at various stores. For example, convenience stores such as Family Mart and Lawson. Many of these convenience stores also sell strawberry-flavored sweets.

I believe that many strawberry-flavored sweets are delicious. I'd like to try a variety of strawberry-flavored sweets while they're still available! 

black tea

 The other day, my mother sent me some ingredients. One of them was a black tea bag. The picture is below.

I love tea and drink it often, so I was very happy.

It is a flavored tea from Nitto black tea. I drank it immediately. It was a little thin with just one tea bag, so I added two tea bags. It had a nice aftertaste.

I don't drink flavored teas very often, so this was refreshing. If you know of any good teas, or recommendations, please let me know!

Wonderful Memories!!

 I'm back in my hometown now. My hometown is Akita Prefecture. My hometown is much colder and snowy than Niigata...

I met a friend with whom I went to high school. We went to the same school from elementary school to high school. But, we all went to universities in different prefectures, (Akita, Aomori, Miyagi, Niigata) so we don't see each other very often.

I really trust them and feel comfortable when I spend time with them. It was a real pleasure to meet them.

We spent our time going out for food and shopping. It was a lot of fun. A friend of mine who went to Akita University took us to a delicious restaurant in Akita City. The picture of the food at that restaurant is the second one in the picture below.

I thought it would be really great to meet up with some of my favorite friends! When I go back to my hometown for spring break, I would like to hang out with my friends again. I want to do my best for the remaining one month until spring break.

Going out with my friend

 On Tuesday afternoon, I went to Bandai to play with my friends. Until Christmas Day, Thirty-One Ice Cream was collaborating with Cinnamoroll, so my friend who likes Cinnamoroll and I went there to have some ice cream. The special ice cream with Cinnamoroll cookies and other items on it was sold out, but the ice cream cups were very cute with Cinnamoroll patterns.

Afterwards, we went to have dinner. We went to a restaurant called Farm Table Suzu in Billboard Place. The food was so good!

On my way to dinner, I saw the illumination. It was raining that day, but the illumination was very beautiful. It would be nice to see it again on a sunny day.

New hairstyle

Today, I had my hair cut and dyed at a beauty salon. I had my hair cut by maybe 15 to 20cm. Then, I had the inner color added. I bleached my hair for the first time when I was getting my inner color added.

It's been a while since I've had my hair short, so I want to enjoy arranging it. I'm wondering what color I should dye my hair next.

Yukimi Daifuku

I have found a new flavor of Yukimi Daifuku! It's sweet potato flavor.

Normally, Yukimi Daifuku is white, but with this flavor, it's yellow. What's more, it's usually round, but now it's heart-shaped. There's a lot that's different from the norm. This Yukimi Daifuku has a great sweet potato flavor. I hope you'll try it.

I want to eat Yukimi Daifuku in winter. I saw that there was another flavor besides this one, and I'd like to try that one next time!

Lunchtime with my friend

Last Tuesday, I went to Saffron with my friend! Saffron is a bakery close to the university. I think many people know about it. 

I ate bacon epi, Chocolate-covered custard, and chocolate mochi. 

Saffron has an eat-in space. On this day, my friend and I ate our bread on the terrace. It was not that cold a day, so it was not too cold to eat outside.

For me, Saffron is not only close to the university, but also close to home. So it's very easy to get to. I'd love to try all the saffron breads one day!lol
